Request Account Deletion

If you have a GDMIE account and want to permanently delete it, you can request account deletion without opening the GDMIE application.

How to Request Deletion

1. Use the email address associated with your GDMIE account.
2. Send an email requesting permanent deletion of your GDMIE account.
3. Include the email address used for your GDMIE account.
4. We will process the request and delete the supported account and cloud profile data associated with the account.

What Is Deleted

When an account deletion request is successfully processed, the supported GDMIE account and associated cloud profile data are deleted.

The GDMIE application also clears supported local account and progress information when account deletion is completed through the supported in-app deletion process.

Third-Party Services

GDMIE uses third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Firestore, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Third-party providers may retain certain information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
